project management of initiatives, all phases of the systems

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an Information
Technology or Business Systems related discipline.
* Extensive experience in web technologies, including Intranet,
Extranet, Internet, Content Management, Search and Portals - Open Text/
RedDot experience is required.
* Exceptional track record on developing Enterprise Content
Management strategy, along with a equally successful track record for
implementing ECM Technology using Open Text solutions.
* Exceptional understanding of ECM principals and philosophies.
* Experience in ECM change management and the cultural
implications of migrating to ECM standards and practices.
* RedDot architect with strong experience in a lead technical role
implementing RedDot / Open Text Web Solutions for a global
environment.
* Working knowledge of best practice for the implementation of the
Management and Delivery Server (Live Server)
* Exceptional technical and functional analytical skills.
* Experience in managing projects, following project management
methodologies and supervising project team staff, including
consultants.
* Experience with Agile and/or DSDM.
* Experience in systems analysis, ie. understanding user
requirements and implementing systems to meet the requirements.
