Hi, Just wondered if any of you could spare 5 minutes to let me know how your organisation undertakes RedDot development? Do you have a team of developers in-house? Are they full-time staff or contractors? Do you procure contracts with partner agencies each time you need some large scale development done e.g. a new RedDot project? Or is it a bit of both? Do you find it difficult to find RedDot developers?
Any information you could provide to me would be really useful, and if you could provide your company details, name, nature of business etc, i would really appreciate it.
