We still have no resolution and Open Text Support has been absolutely
useless. The problem is sporadic and, so far, impossible to troubleshoot.
We've been using RedDot for 5 years and we manage multiple sites and this
problem didn't show up until we migrated to v9.0.1.35 a couple of months
ago. Our content classes and backend db (SQL Server) haven't changed any,
which makes us suspect the upgrade.
