We still have no resolution and Open Text Support has been absolutely useless. The problem is sporadic and, so far, impossible to troubleshoot. We've been using RedDot for 5 years and we manage multiple sites and this problem didn't show up until we migrated to v9.0.1.35 a couple of months ago. Our content classes and backend db (SQL Server) haven't changed any, which makes us suspect the upgrade.
