Are there different addresses being used to login to RedDot? e.g. http://reddot or http://reddot.dev.xxxx.com
Ive come across this one before where my .NET Wrapper was set up to connect to the services via one URL, but users where logging in using a different address and therefore the user was not authenticated via the same location.
