2. placeholder content change

To automate page cache clear of a page each time it is published, you
can try to use the following code in the template code

<!-- <%inf_date_of_publication%> -->

please note <%inf_date_of_publication%> is a placeholder, please
create accordingly.

Alternatively, you may try enabling the clear page cache option in
publication setting, but said option should be the absolute last
option since it dramatically increase publication time of larger site,
not to mention increased server load.
