I’m not sure if this is possible but thought I would throw it out there and get some feedback. We are currently on 7.5 and looking to upgrade to 10 over the summer. We haven’t really had time to even start testing on 10 yet and the way things are looking things aren’t slowing down anytime soon.
Would it be possible to install 10 on a development server and point it to publish to our live site. This would allow all of the “Editors” to stay with 7.5 while the “Admins” use the development server to test version 10 without having to deviate from the daily work we have to get done. I wasn’t sure if there would be an issue with the database or any synchronization problems.
