Hi Has anyone seen an error like the one give below before?

The Store() has failed, and the indexes are unchanged. (-2028) NativeError: (-2028) (0:0-4575394#58090, 148) Open Text seems to be clueless about it at this point of time, I am being asked to install a hotfix to enable some logging which I am not comfortable doing as the environment is already too unstable and introducing anything new to it is a grave risk (not a good idea at least). It has surely nothing to do with our code and its the product issue based on the behavior. Any pointers will be appreciated.
