Okay, the issue is resolved now without having to install the hotfix
and no credit for OTX this time as it turned out not to be a product
issue and my bad for blaming it on Product but the error was so weird
in a way and it did not show up while previewing obviously because the
problem goes as following:
Problem was with Live Server content attribute where the value of
attribute had a comma (",").
I just wanted to put it on record so that in case any other unlucky
soul like me get struck, may find a reference to this post over
google :) hopefully
