Hi Emily

While the container was in the base page code, it seems there was a
long defunct container that wasn't in the template's code. Adding this
back in, even though it's not used, seems to have fixed the issue of
publishing the sub-components. Seems very odd that something entirely
unrelated would cause the publish to fail... but hey. It's fixed and
can be added to the list of Reddot oddities :)
