    <SEARCHITEMS>
      <SEARCHITEM key="headline" value="copy of*" operator="like"/>
      <SEARCHITEM key="specialpages" value="all" />
    </SEARCHITEMS>
  </PAGE>
</IODATA>

The 'all' value will search for all pages no matter where it exists in
the project (unlinked, recycle bin, linked etc)
