Hi I had this problem back in March and it was only on pages with embedded YouTube videos, caused by one of the configuration settings in the tidy.txt file.
It was some incompatibility issue - after removing the video and tidy file, and restoring one thing at a time (the video and then tidy file line by line), I was able to pinpoint which setting it was in my case.
