Hi Ralf,

The DS 10.1 “DynaMents” manual states that the -31591 error code
indicates an “Error handling collaboration actions”. You can find the
complete DS documentation here: <DS_WEB_APP>:\docu.

As Tim D. indicated in his response, the DS and Livelink (a.k.a.,
Content Server) log files should contain more detailed information
about the error you encountered. You can find the DS log file here:
<DS_WEB_APP>:\WEB-INF\var\log\rde.log (Microsoft’s Notepad should
suffice to view the log file). Do note that you can configure what
type of information is captured (log topics), as well as how detailed
that information is. Therefore, you may need to configure DS logging
accordingly in order to capture the necessary info needed to
troubleshoot this issue. You can find detailed info about DS logging
in the aforementioned DS manuals.

I hope this helps.

-Nik
