Ralf this is all that is documented for the error from what I could find as well. However, there is more information you can find. The errors are typically related to something in the external system (Livelink). Collaboration Actions may have a related Livelink error in the logs and the Livelink documentation would be likely to have errors about any issues it encounters either due to DS connection or misconfiguration.
As well you can add report-tag="errors" to see if a more verbose error is provided.
