At least there was a response from Open Text within 24 hours.. never a good thing to let these things roll along for a couple days
Was at a social media seminar a while back and one of the speakers had this to say: Businesses need to react to issues (bad press, negative feedback etc) that occur within 15mins of them happening, 1hr at latest. 24hrs is too late, buy that time it may have already gone viral...
