Did you change the connection strings in the RDServer.ini file as well?

Hi Richard,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, we moved the entire Reddot database to a
different server. It is a one-to-one copy so everything are there.
Aside from that error, it also unable to get the Workflow status. I am
really at a lost right now so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
