Hi Johnny,

In SmartTree, Starrt->Administer Project Settings->Project->Database
Connections, in here, either create a new database connection or check
existing connection is still valid.

After that is done, you can go to the template placeholder and assign
a default database connection and that should fix things.

It appears that the project is using the option to retrieve data from
another data source.  Since this appears to be a project related issue
and exact project detail may be difficult to communicate via mere
words, I would recommend either contacting the original consultant who
implemented the project for a solution, or post on www.SolutionExchange.info
where OpenText consultant may be able to provide more assistance.
