Ok, so just the navigation thing needs to be resolved.

don't think clear navigation cache or reset navigation index would help.

The fact that that page is not in navigation manager but a link is still 
generated link to it (well, it doesn't work), tend to suggest something is 
hardcoded already or something non standard is being doing in the 
navigation code...

Would you mind taking an export of all the navigation content class code 
and screenshot of the navigation area topMenu for me?
