Interesting angle. Here's the info on our production project:
Project database:
Database size: 4714.13 MB
Free memory space: 672.12 MB
Archive database:
Database size: 277.56 MB
Free memory space: 1.83 MB
The dev project that copied successfully was half that size for both the
project and archive. We could try deleting all the Unlinked Pages and see
if that makes a difference.
