Jian, I'm curious how this works out in the long run. Although we would love to say "only use reference", for practical purposes, it doesn't always work. For example, a list or container can only reference a single page. If a page is referenced and you attempt to reference another page, it removes the original reference. Our work around is to use a placeholder page that contains an anchor, but I'm curious if there is another/better way to achieve this.
