The CMS Sync Tool was built to migrate especially Content Classes between different CMS servers. You can move them in as whole content class or go down to attributes and lines of templates. It supports Management Server starting with version 7.5 up to 11.2. On the page mentioned you can also find a video of how to use the Sync Tool.
