Nope, you are wrong! I looked into the html source code and there isn't that OpenText html comment, also why can I open /sitecore/login on that page in by browser? Cause they use Sitecore CMS.

Also Erminas Cms Sync is to sync from one OpenText instances to another OpenText instances. site port is a tool to import OpenText into Sitecore. Since Davids first mail "Source control / release management" was how to sync between OpenText instances it is obvious that Erminas Cms Sync Tool might be the right choice.
