Hi William,

siteport is very cool, but meant for a completely different use-case.
Siteport is ideal if you want to migrate to other CMS systems or Sync
CDN-like CMS environments. For that, it's a stunning tool and from my
perspective unrivaled on the market.

erminas Sync Tool for OpenText is pointing at staging content-classes
amongst DEV, QA and PROD or sync them with other Projects without actually
using CC Folder-Sharing. You can sync projects on the same server or
amongst different servers. It can be used to sync all Content-Classes at
once, some of them and it's even possible to select elements, element
properties, preassignments or lines of template-code that should be kept
untouched (e.g. for environment-specific urls or settings). You can install
it on CMS servers or any machine with IIS that can reach the CMS Server
via HTTP.

It's dead simple to use:

1. You add the login information of 2 servers (URL, User, Password)
2. You select the projects you want to sync
3. Now you can see content classes folders and you can automatch or drag
and drop folders or content-classes to sync.

Ready. No custimozing, no complex configuration. You can start syncing in 5
Minutes.

It's no product, it's more like a plugin. Not only the software, also the
pricing. ;)

PS: Thanks Michael Maune for the positive reference.

Greetings from Oldenburg,
Boris
