Ok....now, you want to make sure that you specify ISO filesystem, (I think)
in the kernel setup and compile it in....that's why you get those
errors....secondly....I think that the ethernet card needs to be specified
in the kernel as well....you might have overlooked it.....thridly....make
sure after upgrading to 3.3.2, to run XFreeSetup.....it is located in
/usr/X11R6/bin. I just upgraded to 3.3.2 myself....did a clean install of
it and I had forgotten to run XFreeSetup.....the reason why you get an
error from xinit, is because it is looking for the executable X in your
/usr/X11R6/bin directory and it's not there....it is actually a symlink to
your respective videocard in all actuality.....
