I just installed a firewall, and it works really well except for qmail, which is supposed to be routing incoming mail from the outside world to my internal mail server. When I try to send mail from the outside, I get back a message from the qmail on my firewall saying that the host isn't in its rcpthosts file. By this I assume it means the mail server, but the mail server is listed in that file. Just for grins I also threw in the name of the firewall itself and my domain (twopoint.com) by itself, but this made no difference. I can send mail from the firewall; this only happens with mail from the unprotected net or the Internet at large. Is there something obvious that I'm missing? I've read the fine manual such as it is, and I'm currently combing through qmail.org, but having no luck. If anyone replies to this, please note that I'm not getting the list (for obvious reasons), so please respond to my home account, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks much, michael -- PLEASE read the Red Hat FAQ, Tips, Errata and the MAILING LIST ARCHIVES! http://www.redhat.com/RedHat-FAQ /RedHat-Errata /RedHat-Tips /mailing-lists To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject.
