Here is my problem. I'm running RH 5.0, which I configured
for a Spanish keyboard during installation. I experience no problem
when I am using just the shell, but as soon as I launch the XWindow
server I am unable to use any of the Spanish keys or many other keys
that do exist on the Spanish keyboard although in a different position
(@, #, |...). Now, in order to type many of these symbols I have to hit
ctrl+alt+key, at least in the modern Spanish keyboard. Yet, when I'm
running XWindow I don't have the capability of hitting these three
keys. Also, I'm unable to use the ASCII codes by hitting alt+code. It
jus shows the number/code on the screen. Needless to say, this is a
real pain when I have to type email addresses (@) or even chat room
names (#). As far as I remember, I had no choice to select any keyboard
mapping when I installed my XWindow server, although I was offered the
choice during the installation of the OS itself.

            Help, anybody. Please!!
