That one is fine, assuming it's an official mirror. You mentioned "the 
redhat ftp server" in your initial post, which is at:
ftp.redhat.com

You'd be better off finding a reliable mirror, in terms of speed.
(I've found redhat.newaol.com to be lightening fast)
