Seems that NT 4.0 is responsible, at least in part, for a big snafu at Stanford 
Business School.  Poor backup procedures contributed to the loss of years of work for 
various grad students.  According to the San Jose Mercury article, the students who 
used Unix and Macintosh machines we're not affected. The article did not list what 
Unix variant was the hero. Let's hope it was RedHat Linux!  You can read the article
