I should have clarified my original statements. There are good RBLs and there are bad RBLs. You need to be very selective as to which you chose. Some of the RBLs allow arbitrary users to add entries that can't be removed! On a couple of occasions I've had legitimate Red Hat e-mail (non list) blocked by an RBL. Find a list of blackhole lists and look at how the site adds and removes hosts.
