I'm not exactly sure; do not have a cd-rom right now to try... But maybe 
you should remove
~/.kde/Autostart/Autorun.desktop 

It's not a bad guess, since this file includes the following line:

Exec=/usr/bin/autorun -l --interval=1000 --cdplayer=/usr/bin/kscd
