Ok, now it's more clear than before.
This files contains:

On the console, the latarcyrheb-sun16 font is used for best Unicode coverage.
Due to the use of this font, bold colors are not available.

Well, now I have some more questions.
(1) Why bold colors are not available ?
(a) Because the font is latarcyrheb-sun16 ?
(b) Because the font is in Unicode ?
(2) Bold colors are simple 'light' attributes on your video and fonts and
characters sets are merely a set of rules to map characters layout ! Which
are the relations beetwen these two things ?????????? (I suppose none)
(3) Now a more difficult question: can I have bold colors and also a font
with special characters like corners, bars, etc...
And remember, things should be simple ! If I have to spend hours and hours
to understand and correct (if it is possible to correct) a *stupid* problem
about bold colors ... I'll change Linux distro as soon as possible or perhaps
... I'll change O.S. !!!
