I'm mostly a programmer (windows, Dos, C++) and designer but i've been
always
fascinated by the networks and Unix systems. Linux gave the opportunity to
study
all this right away, and since it's becoming quite popular there are lots of
places
in which you can find info on this topic.
But, and this one goes to the rest, I am also new to all this Unix-like
environment
and even though I know a few things about it, I sometimes find it harsh. So
if anyone
could tell me where can I find Docs on UNIX, (basic structure, the why of
its filesystem, etc)
so that I, and the rest of us that are new to this can learn the ins and
outs of Unix, I would highly
apreciate it!
