Red Hat have a directory just for readme files. Look in
/pub/contrib/readmes/ on the Red Hat site or on
<http://www.users.dircon.co.uk/~typhoon>.

The font RPMS are noarch RPMS so they are in /pub/contrib/noarch, they
are also on <http://www.users.dircon.co.uk/~typhoon>.
