Here are the docs to the manual install of the plugin. I have used the ns610 library 
with Mozilla in the past.
I have been having some problems getting it to work with mozilla 1.4 though but I have 
not spent too much time on it yet.

Netscape has the install docs for their browser, but that doesn't really
