Just a quick plug. I, the consummate Xwindows Moron, can now display a desktop from any machine in our office to any other and back again, whether they be NT, Linux, or 95, thanks to the nice folks at ORL and their nifty little VNC package. It's only been around for about three months, and I get the impression that its user base is not yet all that wide, hence the blurb here. There is an rpm. It's slightly flawed IMHO, but as it happens the mailing list archives at the VNC web site contain ample RedHat-related traffic to cure the two or three little glitches that you might hit. Or mail me. I can always use the practice at playing Help Desk.
