I'm 90% converted over to Linux (and loving it).
Big problem - I (have to) use MS Access for school.
Is there a Linux DB comparable in flexibility and
ease of use? Big plus if it can read/write Access
DB files.

OBTW: Course evaluations are due next week, and I
must thank the Dean of Computer Science for forcing
us to use MS products. Every group in our class
has had Win95 and/or Office97 problems ranging
from crashes to memory leaks. When we graduate,
we will know from hard experience which vendor to
avoid.

I found a memory leak in Access97. We call it
Niagara. Appears to leak about 2-3 MB/hr (WOW)
while developing apps. Requires restarting Windows
to fix.
