SWAT Help

I am currently running RHL on 2-boxes, 1 running 7.3 and the other running 8.0.  When trying to use SWAT to configure Samba on either machine, I get a Access Denied message even though I'm trying to login as root.  I've already changed the 'disable = yes' to 'disable = no'.

What am I doing wrong?  What configuration parameter have I forgotten?
