which FM do I need to RTFM?

I've got 6.1 up and running and it looks good except for one thing.

All the messages from bind that should be going to the syslog are going
to the current console.  Since this is an upgrade from 6.0 and it didn't
have this problem, there is a config change someplace.  I pulled down
the SRPM  and rebuilt it without the patches so it isn't an errant patch.

What FM do I need to RTFM to fix this?
