I work for a small company that -- after installing a Full T1 for internet
access -- is pulling all of our domain hosting (DNS, Web, FTP, Mail, etc) in
house. We have a primary mail server (NT based) that is and has been for some
time up and working well. However, secondary MX (store & forward) has been
handled by our ISP. We want to pull this back inside. A linux box seems the
obvious choice to handle this as well as a few other of the domain hosting
tasks. Although I'm comfortable configuring and maintaining the system in
general, I have no experience w/ managing a mail server. The docs I've found
haven't seemed very helpful. I have bounced back and forth between qmail and
sendmail but I'm not committed to any particular agent.

Can anyone point me towards docs that describe configuring a Store & Forward
Mail server? Or some sample (preferably commented) .cf or .mc files for this
would be wonderfully helpful.

Thanks in advance.
