I set up Gordon's init.firewall script and immediatly my log
started filling up with the following entries.
Jul 8 23:32:35 bretdell_linux kernel: Packet log: input
REJECT ppp0 PROTO=17 209.217.158.194:500 207.205.148.182:500
L=204 S=0x00 I=47956 F=0x0000 T=55 (#4)
my /etc/services file has no port 500 listed and I can't
find out what the protocol numbers mean for ipchains. I
suspect that the information is availible but where?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
