Bad form to reply to one's own message, but I have a partial solution.
All my procmail-processed messages go into mail files in ~/Mail.
All I did was `ln -s ~/Mail ~/nsmail/LocalFolders` and restart Netscape
mail. It's not too bad this way, and with the pop3d running (firewalled
off) I have a near-perfect solution for occasional use.
