Thanks for that Tobias but I still have a problem and for a Newbie it is
more than a little confusing. I have managed to get the "make" command to
run...I didn't have an RPM installed. When I do go "make" in the directory
of /pci56/linux/src/module where there appears to be makefile and
ptmodule.c I get the following. I have also tried "make modules" and "make
modules_install".
" gcc -D__kernel__ -dmodule -wall -o-fomit -frame-pointer -I../../include
-c -o ptmodule.o ptmodule.c
make:gcc: command not found
make: ***[ptmodule.o] error 127"
What is happening here?
