Hi Scott,

It's been a little while since I had to deal with this, but budget was a
factor at the time I did, so I know a little.

Try the Computone systems out. (or at least consider them) They are
certainly not the most glorious product out there, but they were HIGHLY
reliable and performed well. They were also comparably inexpensive though
prices in the hardware field are hard to keep up with.
