Sorry, as we're all used to seeing this complain, now, we tune it out...
(and the solution has been posted many times)

Go to the URL listed at the last line of each message in the group you want
to modify or unsubscribe. In thie case of this group it is:
https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-install-list
Enter your E-mail address in the box next to "Edit Options" on the last
line of the form.
Poke the "Edit Options" button.
You should now have reached a page which allows you to make changes
including unsubscribing.... provided that you know the password
which was mailed to you when the list was converted to the new
mailinglist program.
If you don't know the password, hit the "Email My Password To Me" button.
You should immediately get an e-mail message with your password. Then
you can unsubscribe, change your password to something you can
remember, or make various other changes.
