IMHO, reply to the first correct response, but also reply if a better one
comes, or one that is clearer. This should help others when searching the
archives.
Then, all we need is a semi-manual/moderated process of only archiving
the "solved" emails (and junking the "bad" ones) and we'd have a wicked
archive!
