i was actually considering applying once i get my cert.  looking at testing
in june.
as for the novices, it may actually be level 13 that has the novices.
however, i would think with all the peering problems that telocity has had
with level 13 that they would peer with someone else, perhaps UUnet?  now
that would be good for me.

Sounds like a CCNA (or maybe even a CCIE?) might help Telocity ALOT!

Seems like they have novices setting up their routers (Saudi Arabia?
Please.)
