I considered it, but I just don't print often enough to be worth the 
$400.  I'll keep your recommendation in mind if I get desperate, 
though.

Meanwhile, I've decided to gut LPRng and install CUPS with the latest 
gimp-print drivers, which are said to completely support the C80.  
We'll see.
