Fetchmail still uses the local Sendmail/Postfix/Exim/Qmail/etc to start 
the delivery process (those programs *usually* pass off to Procmail at 
that point).

If you have access to install SpamAssassin, you simply follow the 
SpamAssassin instructions to put a recipe in your .procmailrc file (or the 
local users' .procmailrc files).
