any reason why two (2) mice couldn't simultaneously function on a rh linux 2.4.9-13 box via a y-adapter?
one of the mice is a ps/2 contour, three (3) -button mice, the other a USB logitech 2-button + wheel mouseman cordless with a USB to ps/2 converter. i've tried out Xconfigurator, but the system doesn't detect the new mouse. i've looked into mouseconfig, but i'm wondering how you're supposed to utilize this for two (2) different mice hooked up at the same time? i believe that both mice functioned together just fine before the cordless' base died and required the mouse+base to be replaced. the ps/2 contour mouse works fine alone plugged in directly to the computer, or while plugged in through the y-adapter. the cordless mousman won't even work alone so far. any help much appreciated; thanks. please cc: me direct. pixar::UNIX systems::sys ops::elle _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
