Hi, Since no one has answered. I'll suggest somethings I would try. I have no idea if they will work since I don't have either printer. First after you installed the print updates did you remove and reinstall the printer. This would insure that your printers would reflect the updates. Next When you said you only get one line per page It sounds like the printer is not doing a carriage return. On some printers this was a choice on the printer setup. I do not remember where. Have you tried printing the various types of test pages and have you checked to make sure all print cables are firmly seated. The last has caused me more grief than I care to admit it seems that just when you install something new somehow the cable gets bumped and you spend hours trying to find the problem before you check the cables.
