Mine is like this with the same sort of ruleset (hotmail.com REJECT - [EMAIL PROTECTED] RELAY): Aug 31 11:40:07 server sendmail[17566]: g7V3e7617566: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, size=523, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=<01e701c250a0$16bc3de0$0200a8c0@EDWARD>, proto=SMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=edward.localdomain [192.168.0.2] Aug 31 11:40:10 server sendmail[17568]: g7V3e7617566: to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, ctladdr=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (500/500), delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=relay, pri=30523, relay=mail.m.iinet.net.au. [203.0.178.192], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok 1030765204 qp 32214) Has it got something to do with the fact that I'm relaying through my ISP's mail server and you're connecting directly to hotmail.com servers? I really know almost nothing about how sendmail works but I figured if you had a working log to work with it may help?
